    Project Background

    As a key regional logistics hub, the Shuili E-commerce Logistics Park has an average daily throughput of more than 200 electric logistics vehicles and faces the following operational pain points:


    Insufficient charging facilities: The number of fixed charging piles in the park is limited, and there are serious queues during peak hours


    Low operational efficiency: Vehicles need to wait for a long time to charge, which affects the efficiency of cargo turnover


    High electricity costs: The charging cost pressure is high during the peak electricity price period during the day


    Site restrictions: The construction of traditional charging stations requires grid transformation, and the approval cycle is long


    Solution

    Deploy LiChong 184kWh/60kW mobile charging energy storage system to build a new "mobile charging + smart scheduling" power replenishment system:


    1. Flexible charging network layout


    Based on the analysis of vehicle entry and exit lines, 3 mobile charging piles are deployed at key nodes such as platform loading and unloading areas and temporary parking areas


    Support the "pile finds car" mode, and realize dynamic allocation of charging resources through GPS scheduling


    2. Intelligent charging and discharging management


    60kW DC fast charging: A 4.2-meter electric truck (82kWh battery) can be fully charged in 45 minutes

    Dual-mode operation:

    Charging mode: Provide fast charging for logistics vehicles during the day

    Energy storage mode: Low-peak storage at night (0.28 yuan/kWh), peak discharge during the day (1.15 yuan/kWh)

    Operational efficiency: average waiting time of vehicles is shortened by 76%, and the average daily turnover is increased by 32%
