184kWh/60kW mobile charging pile helps Shanghai Gotion build an efficient public vehicle charging network
Project Background
As an important operator of new energy public vehicles (such as electric buses, logistics vehicles, taxis, etc.), Shanghai Gotion faces the following challenges:
Insufficient coverage of fixed charging stations: Some vehicles are far away from existing charging facilities, which makes charging inconvenient.
Operational efficiency needs to be improved: Vehicles need to detour to charge, which increases the idle mileage and affects transportation efficiency.
Demand for optimizing electricity costs: Charging electricity charges are high during peak hours, and flexible energy management is needed to reduce costs.
Solution
Deploy LiChong 184kWh/60kW mobile charging piles to achieve **"route matching + flexible charging + energy optimization"** three-in-one service:
Precise layout to eliminate mileage anxiety
Based on vehicle driving routes, mileage and distribution data, mobile charging piles are placed at key locations such as hub stations, logistics transfer areas, and bus docking points.
Vehicles can quickly recharge within the planned route without detouring. The 184kWh power of a single pile can meet the daytime charging needs of 3~4 buses (about 50kWh/vehicle).
Efficient charging and off-grid power supply
60kW DC fast charging: 30 minutes can add 100km+ of range to the vehicle, compatible with all types of commercial vehicle charging interfaces.
Off-grid discharge mode: supports night valley power storage (0.3 yuan/kWh), daytime peak discharge (1.2 yuan/kWh), and the average daily peak-shaving and valley-filling income of a single pile exceeds 200 yuan.
Intelligent management
Cloud monitoring of vehicle charging demand and pile status, dynamic adjustment of point layout.
Data dashboard real-time analysis of charging frequency and energy consumption cost, optimization of operation strategy
